Dr. Aditya Verma completed his medical graduate degree course from Maulana
Azad Medical College, New Delhi in 2000, Post-graduate degree course (MS) from
Army Hospital, Research and Referral, New Delhi in 2006. He completed the
research and clinical fellowship in Vitreoretina from Medical Research
Foundation, Sankara Nethralaya from 2006-2009. He worked as an associate consultant in Sankara Nethralaya in the department of vitreoretina thereafter. He was posted as a consultant and head in Sitapur Eye Hospital, Uttar Pradesh, in the department of vitreoretina for a period of one year. Presently, he is working as
an Associate Consultant in the department of Vitreoretina in Sankara Nethralaya. He has published
various papers in national and international journals, and has delivered
various delegate talks in national as well as international conferences.
He was awarded Dr. H.S.Trehan trophy for the best clinical paper in Delhi
Ophthalmic Society 2004-2005.
He was also awarded Swarnlatha Punshi award
for the best research fellow by the Vision Research Foundation in the year
2007.
