HTP Block: Comprising six floors is exclusively for paying patients. There are 6 consultants Rooms and 6 work-up rooms. Optometrists, post graduates use the work-up rooms for preliminary examination of the patients. 3 consultants in the outpatient department and a physician care 150-200 patients per day.

Lasik wing is situated in 4th floor. The operation theatre, waiting halls, one consultant room, two refraction rooms and an investigation room with corneal topography, abberometer, pachymeter and specular microscopy

X-Ray department functions in this block catering to the needs of the patients of SN. A full time Radiographer and a part time Radiologist take care of the unit. An Optical shop is available to dispense glasses to the patients of JKCN.

Seven operation theatres are located in the first floor of this block. Three for anterior segment surgeries, four theaters for major complicated Vitreous-retinal surgeries. The 2nd , 3rd & 4th floor of this block. Sixteen Air-conditioned rooms. 1 Deluxe A/C Room, non-Air conditioned rooms and 16 general ward beds totaling to 47 beds. 25 to 30 surgeries are performed everyday in the operation theaters.
