To identify and characterize the Retinal stem/progenitor properties of Human Iris Pigment Epithelial (IPE) cells and Ciliary Epithelial (CE) cells in vitro

In this project we are working on the isolation and characterization of the retinal stem cells from the Iris and ciliary pigment epithelial cells invitro, which would facilitate us to find an alternative therapy for the treatment of retinal degenerative disorders.
