Registration for the January 2026 Session Fellowship Application

We invite applications for Anterior Segment & VR Fellowship

Last Date for Registration: October 31, 2025, 5:00 PM.

Instructions For Candidate

  • Please read the eligibility criteria for each fellowship program mentioned in the website
  • Application processing fee of Rs. 1500/- including 18% GST to be paid only through online using credit / Debit/ Net banking facility. Payment through other mode (Cash/Cheque /DD) will not be accepted
  • Registration fee once paid is non-refundable
  • After successful payment, link for the application form will be sent
  • Forward the completed application form to the Academic Department by speed post or courier within one week of registration.
  • Incomplete applications will be rejected
  • From the January 2026 session, an in-person written test will be conducted for the eligible candidates for Anterior segment fellowship & VR fellowship. The date and other details will be published on the website
  • On scrutiny, if the candidate is not eligible for the fellowship program, the application form will be rejected, registration fee will not be refunded
