Poster content should be consistent with the submitted abstract.

The abstract should clearly communicate the background, objective, methodology, key findings and conclusion.

Authors are encouraged to present important findings using graphs, tables, figures, flowcharts and clinical images wherever appropriate.

Author and Institution Details

  • Author names and institutional affiliations may be displayed below the title
  • Author details and institutional affiliation should not be included within the body of the abstract.
  • The Presenting Author should be clearly identified.

Figures, Tables & Clinical Images

  • Use high-resolution images and graphics.
  • Tables and figures should have clear titles, labels and legends
  • Avoid overcrowding the poster with excessive text.
  • Important results should preferably be presented visually.
  • Clinical photographs should be appropriately anonymised.
  • Authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary patient consent wherever applicable.

Formulae & Abbreviations

  • Formulae and abbreviations should be avoided wherever possible.
  • Commonly accepted abbreviations may be used sparingly.
  • Any essential abbreviation should be defined at its first appearance.

Financial Disclosure (mandatory)

The First / Presenting Author must disclose all commercial relationships relevant to the subject matter, for all authors of the abstract.

Best Physical Poster Award

  • Winner and Runner-up Award will be given
  • The award will be given exclusively to the Presenting Author.
